SCRM Analysts

Intelligence Analysis, Inc. has openings for IT-focused analysts with experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis in support of supply chain risk management (SCRM). These positions are focused on conducting all-source analysis on ICT components and require the ability to rapidly produce risk assessments according to customer requirements. Prior DSS or CFIUS experience is a plus.   Education and experience requirements are flexible, however personnel should have at least seven (7) years of cumulative experience in intelligence analysis in one or more of the following fields: SCRM threat analysis, counterintelligence, operational logistics. Familiarity with IC tools, to include Palantir, Analyst Notebook, Semantica, DeLoitte Marigold or similar network and data analysis methods is highly desired.    A minimum of eight (8) years of related work experience, or five (5) years of related work experience and a relevant Associate' s degree. A Bachelor's Degree or graduate degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or other applicable area is highly desirable.

Cyber analyst

  

Intelligence Analysis, Inc. has an immediate need for one Cyber-focused all-source analyst with experience supporting Supply Chain Risk Mitigation. This position will support Risk and Vulnerability identification and Mitigation for one of our valued customers in the DC metro area. Experience providing analysis of ICT components is necessary, as is the ability to provide rapid responses to agency vulnerability and mitigation requirements. 

 Education and experience requirements are flexible, however personnel should have at least ten (10) years of cumulative experience in intelligence analysis in one or more of the following fields: Cyber threat analysis and mitigation, SCRM threat analysis, counterintelligence, operational logistics. Familiarity with IC tools, ICT components, and IC/DoD language and ICT requirements is highly desired. Previous experience with production sale, or installation of high-end ICT components is a plus.
 

A Bachelor's Degree or graduate degree in Computer Science, Cyber, or other applicable area is desirable. However, agility, flexibility, initiative and critical thinking skills are the key to success in this position. This is a current vacancy with four years remaining on a five year contract.

   

SENIOR HUMINT Targeting Officer

  

  

Intelligence Analysis Incorporated has a current vacancy for a Senior-Level HUMINT Targeting Officer (HTO) supporting Defense intelligence in the National Capital Region (NCR). Responsibilities include performing all-source intelligence research and analysis, providing draft and finished intelligence products and assistance to program leadership as necessary. In addition to producing and editing HTO-related Lead Cables, Trace Response Cables, Asset Validation Cables, and Network Diagrams, candidates will be required to brief these products at meetings, workshops, or other community venues for the purposes of intelligence sharing and best practices. Additional requirements include providing input to asset validation panels, preparing and presenting HTO-related briefings, and .potentially representing the Agency at community-related events.  


Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Intelligence, Criminal Justice, Political Science, World/Regional History, or other history/political/science/business/computer science/intelligence or law enforcement topic. A Master’s degree is desired. At least ten years of national-level HUMINT targeting experience to include strategic HUMINT targeting in direct support of operational HUMINT Collectors[FBWC1] . Additional years analytical experience, preferably supporting Defense or Service HUMINT programs. Experience supporting HUMINT collection, analysis, targeting, and all-source defense intelligence analytical support is highly desired and may be substituted for the education requirements. Candidates must have working knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as expertise utilizing IC and HTO-related tools (CHROME, Pulse, WIRe, QLIX, PROTON, WISE, M3, TAC) as well as the ability to create network diagrams using Palantir, Analyst Notebook, or other tools, and have experience with Geo Metadata Analysis and Pattern of Life development using ArcGIS, GoogleEarth. This position requires a current TS/SCI and the ability to pass a CI Polygraph.

 

MID Collections Manager

  

Intelligence Analysis Incorporated has a current vacancy for a Mid-Level Collections Manager (CM) supporting Defense intelligence in the National Capital Region (NCR). Responsibilities include performing all-source intelligence research and analysis, providing draft and finished intelligence products and assistance to program leadership as necessary. Collection Managers (CMs) support the production and tracking of Information Intelligence Reports (IIRs), Collection Posture Statements, Operating Directives (ODs), Source Panel Input, Responses to DIA senior leadership,USD(I), and Congress. Additionally, CMs may be asked to support Defense Capability Statements, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Integrated Collection Strategies, and Collection Emphasis Messages.


Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Intelligence, Criminal Justice, Political Science, World/Regional History, or other history/political/science/business/computer science/intelligence or law enforcement topic. At least three years of national-level HUMINT targeting experience to include strategic HUMINT targeting in direct support of operational HUMINT Collectors. Candidates must possess an in-depth understanding of collection environment and resources to effectively manage unit collection, maintain cognizance of all DoD HUMINT system capabilities, limitations, and reporting from supported collection platforms; possess knowledge of HUMINT operational tradecraft, collection processes, the HUMINT operational cycle, and the intelligence cycle. This position requires a current TS/SCI and the ability to pass a CI Polygraph.

Intelligence Researcher Analyst

    

Intelligence Analysis Incorporated has a current vacancy for a Junior-Level Intelligence Researcher, supporting Defense intelligence in the National Capital Region (NCR). Responsibilities include performing all-source intelligence research and analysis and producing draft and finished intelligence products. Candidates must be familiar with standard Defense and Intelligence Community tools and datasets. Expected duties include performing all-source intelligence research and analysis to identify potential overt HUMINT leads and production of lead tender documents.  Producing, editing, and/or ensuring quality control of hard copy and electronic documents per government requirements. Candidates should have familiarity with IIR Citation & Evaluation database (ICE), Quantum Leap Intelligence Exchange (QLIX), NCTC Current, Think Analyze Connect (TAC), Record Message Traffic (RMT), CIA WIRe, Intelink, Library of National Intelligence (LNI), i-Space, q-Space, CRATE, Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence Requirements-reporting Operations Management Environment (CHROME), CHROME Collection Operation Requirements Exploration (CORE) Discovery (CORE-D), Open Source Enterprise (OSE), APACS, HOTR. Additionally, candidates may be required to respond to RFIs and provide briefings to senior-level personnel.

Six Years’ analytical experience, preferably supporting Defense or Service HUMINT programs. Additional years’ experience supporting HUMINT collection, analysis, targeting, and all-source defense intelligence analytical support is highly desired and may be substituted for the education requirements. This position requires a current TS/SCI and the ability to pass a CI Polygraph. This is an excellent opportunity for junior-level defense analysts or those transitioning from military service.
